| Shipping Policy
Our shipping charge is 15% of the merchandise total (minimum shipping charge of $8.95).
For shipping to Canada, you'll need to add a Canadian Shipping Token (last item on department list). For addresses with US Zip Codes, but outside of the Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico), you'll need to add the appropriate Shipping Token (last item on the department list). Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not offer an express shipping option at this time, however if you have a FedEx account or UPS account, we can ship your order overnight using that method. You will need to put a comment with your order notating your carrier and account number with that carrier AND send an E-Mail to us at email@example.com. A $5 handling charge will apply. Depending on our workflow for that day, your order may not ship until the next business day.
We ship domestic packages via FedEx Ground and FedEx Home. These FedEx services deliver to a PO Box address, so please give us your street address. Packages going to AK, HI, and APO/FPO addresses may be shipped by an alternate method. Standard shipping is for U.S. addresses. We can also ship to Canada. For Canadian addresses, you need to add a Canadian Shipping Token to your order to cover the additional shipping charges. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You can find the Canadian shipping token in the very last item in our department list in our on-line store. Allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If you address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/FPO address, allow extra delivery time.
Your shipment may be split and shipped from more than one location. Therefore you may receive more than one box.
We take pride in packing your shipment and want it to arrive in perfect condition. If it is damaged within transit, please contact us within five (5) business days after receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org It is EXTREMELY important that you keep all boxes, packing material, and damaged merchandise for ten (10) business days after you contact us. FedEx has the right to inspect and/or pickup all damage. Your damaged merchandise will be promptly replaced.
